I am working as marine engineer and i am trying to model Beach , can someone help me in the sequence :

1- modelling the breakwater on the both side

2- make surface of the breakwater

3- make grading of the beach between

if anyone can help me sample of it

What does your data set consist of?

civil3d doesn’t care what the surface is. Add the data and breaklines if any

IT consist of existing seabed surface so i have to add 2 breakwater on the right and left

then add perched toe at the end of the both breakwater

then last step is to build the beach but it is tricky and difficult

You have any more information?

Can you share drawing ?

so far your description hasn’t sunk into me. You wasn’t to build a surface out if what? Something must be driving the data set? Points, breaklines, grading criteria, profiles? Sections?

what it the criteria?

what are the limitations?

what is a break water?

correct i am using corridor to build the breakwater but when it comes to the beach i have to use grading however i cant solve the interface between the breakwater and the beach

Grade the beach first then daylight the beginning X length of the breakwater into proposed beach surface.. the breakwater only interacts with the beach surface at the very beginning for a short while.. then it separates and daylights down to the existing condition bathymetric surface.. unless you’re dredging the bay to create a new proposed bathymetric surface..
