Why do I have breaks in my lot lines? How would I fix this? I have tried everything I can think of to fix this, and nothing works.

(I am working with Civil 3D 2018.)

Parcel segments will react with other parcel segments, alignments and feature lines within the same SITE.

That makes sense, thank you.

Is there anyway that I can make it where my feature lines are not breaking them? Or would I have to label the distance of each break individually?

Moving them into their own sites so they won't interact with each other would be the simple solution.

Your advice helped me fix one of my drawings, but now there is another drawing doing the same thing. Though there are not any feature lines or alignments crossing over the property lines. Any advice on how to fix it?

Parcel segment will react with other objects within the same site. What else is in the site? If there appears to be nothing else there then move the good parcels to a new site and delete the old one.

It could also be overlapping parcel segments. Stray segments left behind from editing.

I ended up creating a new site for all my lot lines, and the random points went away. I guess I just need to get used to using sites more often, and not putting everything together.

I do appreciate your time, and your advice. It has helped me tremendously!
