Create a formula in text component editor

Good afternoon,

I wish to create a formula or math expression to automatically add a specific value to an existing value.

For instance:

The image I attached is the contents of a survey point for a Gate Valve.

Top of Nut -is the Gate Valve elevation taken from the top of the nut (this is the actual point data from the surveyor)

Elev.-is the added line where I want to create a formula to add a value to the Top of Nut elevation to depict the ground elevation.

Can this be done?

Do the math in a point label style expression.

You can then include teh expression in the text component.
