SSA Hydraulic Grade Line Question

I'm modeling an existing sanitary sewer conveyance system and am a bit perplexed at the output results (CAD profile export) at a drop manhole. The manhole has a drop of about 5.71 ft and I expected the hydraulic grade line to drop within this structure. See screenshot. The blue line is the hydraulic grade line. Are there any input options for drop manholes that I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

Perhaps if you gave your Civil 3D version and update information someone may have an answer.

Hoping that someone might have an idea on this. Is this program just limited in its calculations or am I missing something?
