Gate valves are not displaying correctly in profile view

Using Pressure Networks. When I draw my Gate Valves in profiles view (setting them to "Valve" object style, modified to display "boundary as block") only my 6", 8" and 10" valves are showing up, the 12'', 16", 20" and 30" do not show up at all, with the exact same setting. Then if I change my "Valve" style to "display as catalog defined block" all the valves now show up but in the wrong positions and at the wrong scale.

I have made modifications to the .sqlite files but I have checked those revisions and don't believe that is the issue.

I have moved the Catalog files to a Network location for use by the whole company, but I believe I transferred everything I needed.

I have attached the file with the valves not showing up for reference

PLEASE HELP
