How i get the station value at specific coordinates that located on the Alignment by using C# and Civil 3D API?

Can you elaborate a bit more on what you're trying to accomplish? Are these user selected points along the alignment? What are you after that a user can't get by using the Inquiry tool?

I want to select the station by picking point on the alignment and get the elevation of the design level on this point then connect this point dynamically with the profile to be changed dynamically.

When you say "Select a point on the alignment", if you mean just a location in space, not a Point object or some other entity, you can achieve a dynamic elevation label by creating a label style using Reference Text as a component that leverages the FG elevations on your profile. We use them to label our FG road profile labels on our grading plans.

Is that what you're looking for? Takes maybe 10 mins to set up.
