Value does not fall within the expected range

I am getting this error when creating profile from surface 'Value does not fall within the expected range.'

I am using The < Profiles.CreateFromSurface() > method.

Note that i am using the same code in another command and it works perfectly fine, what does this error means?

Something in your code is trying to access something out of the range of expected values. Without your code and drawing it is pretty much impossible to tell you what is causing it.
