I created a point style table for some geometry and I need the point table to be a certain size each time I insert it. As it is now, the table resizes each time you regen. The only work around I've found is to explode the table which defeats the whole dynamic update idea. Anyone find a setting that will keep a table the same size?

The table size is determined by the drawing scale and the items that you
have in the table.
You can set the column widths to be a set width. Is that what you need?
Setting the column width is not the problem. What is happening is:
I insert a table from a point group.
I zoom to extents and the table resizes. Zoom out some more and regen and the table resizes again. Zoom in and regen and the table resizes again. The point table automatically resizes to whatever your zoom factor is. That's stupid! The table needs to stay in the same place but expand if I add more points. I checked all the setvar setting but didn't see anything.

You need to give us your version. I know that the last two version (09-10)
have not done that for me. There may be a switch (similar to that "other"
product) that needs to be set. I have not found it.
OK, you must be zooming in and out of a Paperspace to Viewport window
without the Viewport locked.

Lock the Viewport.
OK, problem solved. I was placing the point table in paperspace which is why it changed in size with every zoom. So now I understand the correct way is to place the point table in model space and create a viewport and lock it. Thanks for the help.
