    <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't look like there's an easy way to get this, Christopher. If you are looking to get this for placing new profileviews without them overlapping, note that the labels are also excluded from the GeometricExtents so those will also need to be accounted for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ProfileView Band Extents</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there an easy way to get the geometric extents of a profile view and bands? It appears that in Civil 3D 2013 .NET the Geometric Extents returns the extents of the profile excluding the bands. I don't like the prospects of either doing the math for all of the bands assigned to the profile view or exploding the profile view to get it and the bands as a block and getting the extents that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christopher&lt;/P&gt;</description>
