Hi,

Plenty of relevant articles are posted in our AutoCAD DevBlog, e.g.

http://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2012/07/modify-ribbon.html

http://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2012/07/add-ribbon-tab-to-contextual-tab-selector-rule-using-cui-api.html

I suggest you go through them and see if they help you in resolving your issue. Otherwise, you can seek further help in AutoCAD developer / customization forum as this feature is specific to AutoCAD API and there would more people with hands on experience on CUIX and Ribbon.

Thanks,

Messing with creating a Partial CUIX ribbon, new to this with using macros, I have a general understanding. Created a pulldown for creating existing electric polylines, I have macro setting both to the same layer, but not sure how to get so linetypes are different for both. One would be undergound and the other would be overhead.
