I've been trying to do a lot of things with the Pressure Pipe API, but it doesn't work. I've been told for a few years now that Pressure Pipes are an emerging component of Civil 3D... and the Pressure Pipe .NET API hasn't been updated since it was first rolled out. Thus, I don't believe this is possible with the current API.

Perhaps others have better input than I do, but that's been from my efforts in trying to get it to work.
