I can't open the CFD software on my PC screen

I have installed Autodesk CFD, but when I double click on the icon of the software on my PC screen, the program doesn't open. I deleted the CFD software by the following steps:
1) Delete all the files in that folder ( %TEMP% in the Windows Run box)
2) Uninstall the previous version of your Autodesk software
3) Check for corrupt Windows registry keys and other internal problems (Microsoft Fix It)

I have reinstalled the program CFD 2019 and the installation was successful, but when I double click on the icon of the software, the program doesn't open which is the same problem as before.

Since this last try didn't succeed, the next try was by removing Autodesk software (both AutoCad and CFD). I reinstalled both AutoCad and CFD and it went well with AutoCAD and I can open it easily, while when I double click on CFD icon, a window is opened that shows the logo of the program and then it is closed and that is all. Then I upgraded Window X Home to Window X Pro, but the problem is the same. I would be grateful if you can help me to open the CFD software on my computer

Hello,

Do you see the CFD app in the Windows Taskbar (at the bottom of your screen)?
If so, please close CFD and delete the following folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\CFD 2019

Start CFD and see if it comes up.

Sometimes if you maximize the CFD window it will again disappear. If that happens, repeat the steps above.

When CFD comes up, do not maximize the window but rather manually resize it to fit the screen.

Hi,

I got the exact same issue. I see CFD at task bar. but can't bring up to screen.

However, I don't have the directory you specified. (..../CFD2019)

Hello,

This is unusual. Do you get to the folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk

but you cannot see "CFD 2019"?

I figured out the folder was hidden.

Once I erase that folder, it became OK

That's what I thought hence my question how far down that path can you get.

By default, AppData is a hidden folder, you can either check the "Hidden items" box so that you can always see such folders or you can type AppData in the path as shown in image below.
