Hi everyone,

For the past couple of days, I've been trying to simulate fluid (water) draining from one container into another, using the Free surface simulation. Since my PCs specifications aren't that good, I've been using the CLOUD solver available in CFD 2019 to run my simulations. The design study does upload and solve in the cloud, and I get a 'Finished' status in Simulation Job Manager, after which the results should load in CFD. But in this case, CFD gets stuck showing a 'solving' status, and if I click anywhere, I get a prompt that CFD is not responding, giving me options to close the program. Windows task manager also shows CFD 2019 as not responding. To rule out a geometry problem, I tried implementing the example given here but the I still end up with CFD not responding, and the results not opening. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem is (or what I am doing wrong)?
