CFD Error Message: Surface cannot be meshed

Hi, I am student who's new to CFD 2019. I am following a tutorial but I keep encountering error messages along the way. I have tried a few ways to try and fix it but I am also unsure of what exactly the problem might be. I tried autosizing, using the geometry tools, and refinement. I am not sure where to go from here and could use a step in the right direction please

I am attaching my Revit2020 file just in case since that's where I started from. It's where I got my SAT file and then imported that into CFD.

Hello Natalia,

I have one word of advice for you: simplify.

Your model has way too many details and a lot of them can cause meshing issues.

For starters, the long, seemingly extra, volums seen in image below can cause a problem. They will probably go away after you simplify the model.

Another example is the toilet. It has way too many details and hence volumes. See the following 5 images. If can probably be replaceed with a simple shape.

You have door handles, faucets and so on that may not need to be in the model.
