Broken Userinterface

Hello, everyone,
for three days now, I've had a bug in the user interface. The first time I opened the program it worked normally. When I tried to make it into full screen mode, the program got stuck with a white screen. The only thing that helped was a complete uninstall of all Autodesk programs and all subfolders.
Now it is running again, but I moved the program from one screen to another and now it has gone into a corner that I can't change anything.
Has anyone ever had the same problem and can tell me how I can fix it more easily?
CFD is always in the background in this mode and if I would close or minimize it I could not open it anymore.

Hi Lisa,

Can you please confirm that you are using CFD 2019 ?

I would suggest you to close CFD and delete the following folder :

C:\Users\yourlogin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\CFD 2019.

Restart CFD

Hello Lisa,

Deleting the folder will bring back CFD.

To add to that, do not maximize the CFD window. Resize it manually to fit the screen.

Chances are if you maximize it will do the same thing again and you'll have to delete the "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\CFD 2019" folder.

Since i've deleted this folder I cannot start a simulation.

The error message says "solver ended unexpectedly".

It doesn't even solve the first iteration, as soon as i click start the error appear.

It's in German but this is the error message:

Hi Lisa,

This is now something different.

Usually it's due to some boundary condition combination that are not supported or realistic.

Could you share the support file ?

In the working folder of he CFD analysis you should find a *.cfz file. Zip it and send it here.

Is it a commercial CFD license ?

yeah I know I had this problem before, but it never fully got away.

I tried it to simulate it local and in cloud, as if that matter.

No its an EDU Licence.

There are some thinks to review on the BC's side.

If I understood well there is cold air moving outside and warm air inside in a closed room.

Can you confirm that ?
