Autodesk CFD Ultimate error message (URGENT)

Hi guys, I was running a wind CFD simulation model but have encountered the error message (see attachment). I have tried several times to re-run the model, repaired and re-installed the CFD software but the error message still persists. Could anyone help with this? It's in urgency!!! Many thanks.

Just to add on, this message popped up when I was generating the mesh and when it reached to

"Solver file written", this error message popped up.

What is your message in the logs file ?? (.txt)

Your model seems to be surface wrapped.

Hello,

Your model runs just fine here on my end.

Please see image below.

1- Which version of CFD are you using? Do a Help: About to find out.

2- Also, is the model saved on the local hard drive or across the network? Make sure it is on the local drive. Saving on network drive can cause issues.

3- Open Windows Task Manager and make sure CFDServer.exe is running under the Details tab as well as SimJobManager.exe and dssp_jobserver.exe.

4- You don't need the zero velocity BC at the bottom surface. No boundary condition means zero velocity (non-slip).

Hi Marwan, I am currently using the Autodesk CFD Ultimate 2019 and it's saved in a local drive. For part 3, do you mean I need to check it when running the model? Thanks a lot.

Hello,

Is it 2019.0, 2019.1 or 2019.2?

For #3 you can check with or without the model running. These should be running in the background.

I am actually using surface book 2, not sure if it affects the modelling but three of the exe are working well when running the model... the issue still persists

Hello,

Now that we determined that the antivirus was causing the issue and turning it off caused the analysis to run, I suggest setting the exceptions detailed in this article.

Even though the article is about remote solving the exceptions still stand for local solving.
