Beginner: Solve Button Not Initiating Calculations

Hello everyone,

I am new to Autodesk CFD.

I'm having trouble getting the calculations to start. Even when I press the "Solve" button, nothing appears in the message window, and the computation does not begin. Could I be doing something wrong with the settings?

I would appreciate any advice you can provide.

Howdy there!

This could be a couple of different things. The first one I would check is to make sure that your firewall isn't going after cfd.Help | Configure Antivirus and Firewall for remote solving of Autodesk CFD | Autodesk

Check to make sure cfdserver.exe is running- if not start it (find this in the services tab of task manager)

If not that. Toss up your CFZ and we can take a look.
