Hi,

Before I get into it, I should point out that I am a beginner with this software. I finished all the basic tutorials, confident in my newfound abilities to follow basic instructions. I even did some of the more advanced tutorials. But when I try to simulate flow on ANY parts made by me, the solver crashes immediatelly. I have tried several methods of modeling the volume I want to simulate: using only surfaces, or with simple solid bodies, but both results turn out the same. I turn to this community for help, I imagine it may be a simple step I am forgetting, or a basic concept that has escaped my attention thus far. I have attached the relevant file to this post. (At least I think I picked the right one, let me know if its not) I hope someone can help me conduct a basic flow simlation, if you have any questions just let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks!

JH

Typically we'd need to look at the Support Sharefile (*_Support.cfz)

From what you've attached, I can see you're running this from a network path.

Can you move all of this locally to your C: and see if this helps at all
