<title>topic CFD File Format in CFD Forum</title>
    <link>https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/cfd-forum/cfd-file-format/m-p/5794030#M21131</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I'm working through the CFD autodesk tutorials and the examples use a file from that is a .sat extension, but when I go to open it in Simulation CFD (2015), that isn't a supported file format.&amp;nbsp; All I can open are .cfdst and .cfz file formats.&amp;nbsp; Is this a new thing to the 2015 versoin or am I missing something?&amp;nbsp; Can I convert somehow?&amp;nbsp; Also, I will be creating the future models in Revit, which exports to DWG and SAT formats, but not cfdst or cfz so I'm not sure how I'll import future work into CFD Simulation.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be much appreciated!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
