cfd 2017 product key not working

Hi, ive been using cfd 2017 on a student free trial for the last month and have been trying to use the product key given to activate it but its not been working and now the trial has finished and i cant use the cfd software as teh product key is not working Anybody any solutions? i have checked its spelt correctly and that it is for the correct version.

Which Product Key are you using? They are no secret so can be shared (not the serial number though).

thanks for the reply so the cfd environment study key worked but now i am
given another warning message saying that the serial number is not correct?

i am still struggling with issue of the software saying i am using the incorrect serial number??

Hi @Anonymous,

Would you please start the installation of CFD 2017 from the beginning so you make sure that you have both of the licences (Design Study Environment and Motion solver) by following the steps described in our page?

These are the product keys that you should use:

When going through the installation. Please make sure to select "Serial number" on the "Let's get started" window.

I hope this helps.

Please let me know if you still receive the error message of the invalid serial number.
