Thank you for your quick answer.

I'm actually simulating in a steady way and I need to change the temperature in function on an axis, not in function of the time. So i guess it is not possible?

Hello,

I have a inlet temperature flow which is not constant.

I would like to know whether it is possible to set a variable temperature along the inlet. A way to set a inlet temperature function or at least a way not to set it as a constant value.

Could you help me please?

Regards,

Sylvain

Hi @Anonymous,

This is definitely possible. You can set the inlet temperature to be transient. The only limitation is that it has to be a function of time; no other independent variable is available.

Thanks,

@Anonymous,

I was afraid of that. There's no way to make T BC a function of distance. I suggest breaking up the face of the current Temp BC and then increment the temperature as it should be.

Thanks,
