Can you post two screenshots with the volume part calculation, and the surface part calculation ? I tried on my side and I got the same heat flux results. Maybe you could try to recreate the error with a simpler model, cleaner geometry, simpler shape, 1W heat load and try to debug. Is the mesh okay ? Do you have suppressed part around/touching ?

Hello everybody,

I have a simple rectangular wood block.

I wanna see the total heat flux from that wood block. So, I use wall calculator.

However, I realized that the results are different when I get the data from volume and surface selection choices for the same part.

What could be the reason for this difference?

Thanks!
