      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same error, the user does have hub access - I have tried to make them a project contributor as well as a team member. They have tried logging-on through Chrome and Firefox. The issue persists in both browsers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe try to wait a while. These errors usually fix themselves after few minutes.&amp;nbsp; I had it too today and now it is okay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This (endless loop) is a known issue when you try to access any hub directly from the url. vs. just logging in via a360.autodesk.com.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fix is to add &lt;STRONG&gt;/login/signup&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the end of the url, and that will then allow you to log in without getting stuck in the endless loop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i.e. companyname.autodesk360.com/&lt;STRONG&gt;login/signup.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, it's &lt;STRONG&gt;not you&lt;/STRONG&gt; having an issue, it's another member that you've added to your hub, correct?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. has this member&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ever&lt;/STRONG&gt; been logged into this specific hub before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. are they able to log into any hubs at all with those same login credentials?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. have they tried to do a browser history / cache clear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. are you sure they're not running some type of firewall that would be blocking their access? (proxy doc &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCAD-requests-to-Autodesk-servers-blocked-by-proxy-servers.html" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. have they recently changed their account id email address in their accounts.autodesk.com page?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Can you have them do a screencast recording (download &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/screencast" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;and make public) so that we can see exactly what is happening?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I saw your same question on my older thread (&lt;A title="Created a project but do not have access?" href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-team-forum/created-a-project-but-do-not-have-access/m-p/7523846" target="_blank"&gt;Created a project but do not have access?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;). To restate my response here, t&lt;/SPAN&gt;his is in Revit correct? Have you published any Revit files using C4R to that project? Or was the Revit files in that project created in another version of Revit? To show up, there should be Revit files that were added to the Team project using Collaboration for Revit (not drag and dropped into the folder) and the version of Revit you have loaded up needs to be the same version as the files in the project.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
