Download speed from BIM 360 document manager

Hi there,

I am downloading some information using the web browser, and the speed seems to be very slow.

Any file/folder shows a download speed of around 35 KB/s even though my internet is 50 Mb/s.

I don't have any other app using the internet.

Does anybody have the same issue?

I used to have this issue before when my internet speed was lower, I would do this internet speed check test.
