Hi,

Why is not possible to use annotation symbols inside an issue?

And why users can close/resolve issue (through issue authorization), but for annoation they have to get admin privilege to close it?

Hi, @Yien_Chao

Assuming that by annotations you mean markups, the issues and markups are functioning separately at this point. There is a suggestion on the Idea forum to link the two, that you can vote for:

Allow Markups within Issues

You can view the specific permission levels and what they entail in terms of issues and markups on the following page:

Great to know that combined markups and issues is a future consideration.

for markups, even with "full control" folder permission, you cannot edit or archive markup from others without having admin privileges.

Any idea how to make this works?

You are correct, only admins can edit/delete markups made by other users. If you want to see a different behaviour, I encourage you to post in the Idea Forum linked above. There are currently no suggestions asking for non-admin users to have the ability to edit/delete markups created by other users.
