Determine Project Name of Local Cache Files

There are times when local cache folders must be deleted because a project wont sync. But if I have 10 projects in BIM360 on the same version of Revit, there are 10 folders in the cache location each with a GUID name instead of a useful name. Is there a tool or method for determining the project name from the GUID? Or a way to delete a cache folder of just a specific project from within the Revit interface?

Feel free to delete all of them. It's concidered by some to clean out those foldersz on a regular basis.

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid doing, due to the affect on model open times when a cache is deleted.

Outside of opening the local files have you looked at the previews or date modified?

Thank you Rob for those suggestions. I've discovered something that gets me a bit closer, a file called Version.txt buried deep in the cache folders. I suppose they could be searched and the specific project cache file determined fairly easily.
