BIM360 Design collaborate and Model coordination

Our firm is relatively new to BIM 360 so we're basically using a test model to kind of get a feel on how to use the Document management, Design collaborate and Module coordination BIM 360 modules. We created coordination spaces for the Architectural, Structural and MEP Team using the design collaborate module and uploaded the relevant Revit models using the document management module. However, none of the models are visible under design collaboration and only one model (structural) is available under model coordination. Could there be something we're missing?
