I think I couldn't explain myself clearly. My question had nothing to do with google or any other product beside Autodesk.

My question is, what is the best way to share a revit model with multiple links to a non-autodesk user to review on browser?

Autodesk has 3 answers for this none of them works perfectly so I am asking if I am missing something:

1-Autodesk viewer can be used. but it permits the file to be shared only for 30days ( you have to renew the link every month to keep it alive)

2-Autodesk drive can be used. Any file shared from Autodesk drive can also be reviewed on browser. However autodesk drive doesn't provide this feature if the revit file has multiple links.

3-Autodesk 360 docs can be used. It also supports revit files with multiple links. However, it requires the correspondent to have a paid autodesk subscription in order to review the file in browser.

Hello.

I have this following problem. I would like to share my parent file to my client without needing him to download revit or buying subscription. There are ways to share your revit file to open in browser, right?

You can share it via autodesk viewer, but you have to renew it in every 30 days.

You can share it via autodesk drive, but the parent file system is not working in drive, it has to be a single file,

You can share it via autodesk 360docs, however the correspondant cannot open it without having a bim360docs (acc subscription)

I really don't understand how I , a paid customer, share my file with multiple links for a period longer than 30 days.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance

So this is more of a Google Suite features question than a privacy question, but I don't believe that's how it works. Google has these bewilderingly long and bizzaro URLs for each and every link. So unless you visit that link and see something at the top that has a folder listing, you should be fine https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ .

Sharing a public link of a parent file is a great way to ensure transparency and easy access for all concerned parties. It helps streamline communication and keeps documentation organized for quick reference. For users looking to understand more about digital filing workflows, you can explore NYSCEF legal filing which explains related filing processes in a simple way. This kind of structured sharing also improves clarity in case management. Overall, it supports smoother handling of court-related documents and updates.
