ACC Docs - Filter all files shared to public

Hi,

is it possible to somehow filter all shared files in project? There is an attribute, that showes me "Shared" when file is shared. But I want to get all files that are Publicly shared.

I can't find this option in "Search and Filter" tool.

And second question:

- Can I find out whn the links will expire?

No you can't filter for files with shared links. The only way I can see this work is to do a files log and review the excel file to identify which ones have been shared or not.

To the second question, you can only delete shared links and won't be able to see when it expires. Even the log files don't indicate this.
What I would recommend is that a policy is in place that when a file is shared that the project BIM lead get's notified and tracked separately.
