Autodesk Docs for Autodesk construction cloud - not all image thumbnails show for jpeg images

I tried to find a forum for Autodesk Construction cloud but there is none so i try my luck here under BIM 360.

i installed Autodesk Docs to use with windows file explorer and it works fine but i tried to upload some jpeg images for the team to see in a folder and for some reason not all thumbnails show when i try to look though windows explorer in large icons. Is there a fix for this or its a bug?

I did attach a screen capture to show partially the issue. Its just randomly not showing some image thumbnail. i tried to refreshing etc. but no luck.

Can anyone help me?

Yeah this forum is used for both BIM 360 and ACC products.

If you select the image and open it. Does it open ok?

Can you view them in Autodesk Docs ok?

You could try uploading the image again.

What is the file size of those photos you cannot see? I know in Build you have a file size limit 20MB for images it could be the same in Docs.

Please see my reply to your questions below:

I did delete the folder and re-uploaded the image but still the same result. The working and not working thumbnails changed a bit some that showed fine previously do not show and some did not show now show a preview.

The picture file sizes varies from 2.5 mb to 4.5 mb.

Technically everything works fine except i cannot see thumbnails for some of the images in windows file explorer only.

I took the pictures on walkthrough so there is no difference between the jpeg pictures except the location they were taken at and the time.
