Can't activate RFIs

Hi,

As you can see in the pictures, as an Admin I can't activate RFIs from the projects' administration panel.

Am I the only one having this issue?

Hi Vincent,

Looks like you're missing access on the account level to the project management module. If you have a Docs subscription then you should have access to that and I'm happy to activate it for you. Please send me a message on a private channel with the details of the account and I can take care of that for you.

Hello vincent.carignan,

It appears that you are unable to activate the Project Management service, where RFIs are managed since the March 5 release. See the release notes BIM 360 Docs Update – March 5, 2018. Have you sent a direct message to ilai.rotbaein, as he requested in an earlier post?

Hello s.odwyer,

Are you unable to activate the Project Management module, per the details in referenced in BIM 360 Docs Update – March 5, 2018?

If so, please send me a direct message that includes the service area from which you are attempting to reviews RFI (US or EU), the name of the account, and the project for which the Project Management module should be activated.

I'm having the same issue? the Project Management module does not appear in Project Services and Admins?

Hi Darren,

I've tried to find your account and found several options. If I'm not mistaken, the account you're referring to is a trial account which is why you don't have access to the Project Management module. If that's not the case and you have a paid account, please send me a private message with the details of the account and I'll look into it.
