Activate account C4R to BIM 360 Design does not work

Hello Support (CaseNo:14192676)

We did get de activation mail voor bim360 Design, but we can not select BIM360 design, we only can only get a Trial (bim 360 docs) active. (The license looks good but even that short-cut will not work)

Please Help, de Support (CaseNo:14192676) is not very fast...

(Why is there no help in Dutch, Phone/mail ... is not very costumer Friendly)

I have a Bim360 design sub. And my account is on trail (Docs) That is the indeed the problem

Yes the BIM 360 Design option is working thanks.
Today was only a problem with collabaration,
So I was not sure if it worked.
