BIM 360 Design - Login Fail

When you Google Autodesk BIM 360 Design, it brings you to this page after login in

When you log into this page, it brings you to a sales page, not the service itself. I have a license but it brings me to the sales page...........

This is the same problem you've been having for months. Get it together guys, we need to login to this very expensive product from a professional company. When you go to login to the product, it should work. Please fix your websites.

I smiled when I saw your post @Anonymous because it is confusing this whole Collaboration for Revit (C4R) rebranding to BIM 360 Design. But, I see a pattern here. Before it was C4R and there was not a log in site to use the services, everything flowed through Revit. Now, BIM 360 Design gives you access to the cloud worksharing platform through Revit and also gives you access to the Document Management module and the Design Collaboration Module using https://docs.b360.autodesk.com. That is the place where you should log in. So, BIM 360 Design is basically the name of the license you purchased but the products/services have other names. Check this tutorial out. It guides you step by step:

I'm not confused with the services, I'm annoyed that they have login pages that don't work. Specifically, the only login pages that appear when using Google for 'BIM 360 Design'

It just goes into an infinite loop to the sales page instead of login you in. I've saved the proper link no my desktop, but really Autodesk should have a login page that works or remove it.

Hey sarsenaultbrassard,

Yeah, that sounds a bit confusing. Logging in from a product site actually should bring you to a dialog that let's you choose to log into either BIM 360 Document Management, BIM 360 Design Collaboration, etc. depending on your subscription.

Anyway, the direct links as mentioned in a previous post are:

Once in BIN 360 by the way, it's very comfortable to switch between modules:

I am currently dealing with the same exact problem. I login to any of the recommended links above and I get linked to the free trial page which now gives an expired certificate warning. The only variation I have seen is that I get a fraction of a second of logging-in image before redirect and on one attempt, I was told that I was now logged out.

The problem has now resolved itself, I can now login to BIM360 without the redirect. I do not, however, know what changed to let me successfully login. My only guess is that some Autodesk support team member helped with the issue (if that is the case then thank you).
