Can't see linked file informations on plan in BIM 360 Document Management

Hi,

When I make a modification on a linked file on REVIT, I see this modification correctly. However once ulpoaded (main file and linked), i can not see the modification on the plan in document management.

The main file contains the structure of the building and the linked file contains the ventilation and sanitary.

I didn't have this problem before.

Can you explain to me why ?

Thanks for your post, I have a few questions to see where the problem could be:

Are you using Revit cloud collaboration or manually uploading the files in Docs?

If uploading manually, are you using the Linked Files option?

Does it help if you create a new view in the parent file that contains all elements you want to see?

Is the updated element the only thing that is missing from the linked file?

Is this the only parent file affected or is this happening with other Revit models as well?

--> Yes

--> I did it but it take too much time

--> All the linked files are missing

--> No sense because we just publish the parent file

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

If creating a new view with all elements that you want to see works for you, although it works slowly, you could check what is being set to publish and limit to only items that you need to upload.
