Can not create Issue in project

Hi there

My team has faced this problem since yesterday.

In any of the plan view or by click the issue button to going into the issue summary page, when we click the "create" button to try to create an issue. The page no reaction, summary page becames to blank. I have checked the account settings and the issue function settings.

Please help me on this matter since we are using this for our projects' defect management currently.

Thanks for your post.

A similar issue was reported earlier but seems to be addressed now: Can't create Issues in BIM 360 Docs on Desktop version

If your browser language is not set to English US, try this and see if it helps.

Also, try clearing the cache (CTRL+Shift+Delete).
