User changed name in Autodesk Profile - it did not change in Docs

Hello,

One of my users did change his Autodesk Profile. His user name was incorrect, and therefore he changed it to the correct one. I can see the correct one in the user lists when I go to the Project Admin.

However, when I go to Docs, I see the old name in the Modified By column.

I waited for 12 hours - perhaps the modification will change after 24 hours?

But at this moment nothing has changed.

Hi Renzo,

Did the user make changes in Docs after the name change or before?

If the user makes a change now in Docs, does it show the new or old name?

Hi, the user needs to modify something (property). I have not been able to let him do that.
