ACC // Can't select elements or use 'Place Me'

In the last couple of weeks, I had noticed that the ACC Hypermodel Place Me tool stopped working on two projects. Today I noticed a third is no longer working. In all cases, none of the project models have changed.

If there are any other users here that have projects with the Hypermodel setup, could you please let me know if it is still working for you?

I am having the same issue.
I can click the icon, but when clicking in 2D nothing happens, Top bar keeps showing"Click on location to ground yourself, then selct a cam direction"
But nothing happens.
Noticed that when on a Sheet with more viewports on the "place me" icon is greyed out..
"Funny" how features keep coming and going.
Not making the adoption of ACC any easier 😉

@DirkSparboom, out of curiosity, when on those sheets does it also stop you from selecting elements and taking measurements?

@Chad-Smith Yes..
No measurement and i can´t select objects -> no properties data.
In 3D environment this works.

I just tell project members, maybe you can use the tool you bought next week, maybe next month, i don´t know 😉

we had the same issue, i already created an autodesk case request about the issue, no updates so far, but it seems to be working this morning. how about you guys

I have restored functionality for some projects, but not for others.

I'll give it another 24 hours in case this fix needs to propagate across all projects before I update my existing Autodesk case.

I'm happy to say that my remaining projects are all now working correctly.

Looks like this bug is now resolved.
