in order to access to all the BIM360 services you have been invited to, however, regarding Glue, this will send you to the Web app... if you're using the desktop app, it's a separate access..

I was invited to BIM360 Field by General Contractor A on Project A, and now have been invited to BIM360 Glue by General Contractor B on Project B. Both invites were sent to the same email address.

Currently, I have to use a separate BIM 360 log-in depending on the project I am in, and re-sign in every time I switch between the two. I'd like to have one "homepage" or other similar way to toggle between the jobs.

Is this possible? If so, how?

you mean the web app or the iPad app? I'd like to know more since this seems to be a situation our trades may encounter often the more BIM 360 will be used...

I’m working off a desktop. My Field log-in is through a web browser (Internet Explorer), but Glue was downloaded. This might contribute to my problem?...

I haven't tried either on a tablet, so I can't comment.

@Anonymous this is really contrary to my experience. I do training on Field and work with teams all over the country. I maintain one login for all projects, despite my user role, company, ect.. Its probably worth filing a help ticket or get one of the guys like @james.l.bryant to open a ticket for you or look into this a little closer.

@Anonymous I may have misunderstood, but I think it's normal, he's logging into Field for project A with contractor A, and into Glue for project B with contractor B, using the desktop app...

Web app Field and Desktop app Glue are 2 separate access..

@fpensa Thanks for pointing this out. I must have I misread it the first time.

Yes you are correct anytime you travel from one product to another product (Ex. Feild to Glue) their will be a new required login for that product. You can not navigate from one product directly to another product that I am aware of. I use my web browser to save each as a favorite and check the "Stayed Logged In" option when I log in. However regardless of what product I am using my login information is the same. I only have one Autodesk ID and password.

I think this is where I got confused. " I have to use a separate BIM 360 log-in depending on the project". Are you saying you have a different Autodesk ID and different password for Glue and Field?

It's the same username and password, but as you mentioned, I have to go to different log-in screens depending on which application I want to open.

I had assumed that since both were under the BIM360 family, and using the same account info (username/password), that there was some homepage / main screen for the account which would tie the applications together (of course, once opening the application, then one could access different projects as currently set up) so only one log-in is necessary. Potential for cross-referencing would have been nice too. It feels like both applications were intended to be opened separately, so maybe it's just wishful thinking...

It's a vague annoyance for now, and I don't anticipate it impacting our crew that much, but I thought I'd ask. I'll accept the current situation, throw this in to the suggestion box, and consider the topic closed, unless anyone would like to delve deeper...

Thank you both for your help in trying to figure this out. @fpensa @Anonymous
