My subcontracter can't view issues pinned on floor plans

On one of my projects my subcontracters are finaly introducing Ipads so we can communicate via BIM Field. However, de subcontracters can't see the pinned issues per location on the Ipad. They can see the issues per location in the issue list but they can't view them on the pinned floor plan.

Is there an option in BIM Field that allows subcontracters to view the issues pinned on the floor plans?

Thank you for posting to the BIM 360 Field forum. Subcontractors should already be able to view pushpins on the iPad. They will need to

Are you able to provide a screen capture of what they are seeing in the iPad? Can the subcontractor view the pushpins from the BIM 360 Field web application?

If there was an issue during the sync, you may need to Resync All Data on the project. Prior to this, you would want to make sure you sync first to make sure you upload any recent work that has not been uploaded to the webs servers.
