Project language

Hello,

I'm having a very strange problem while using Field. While generating issues and having to choose certain parameters like for instance 'status', Field switches between English and my native language Dutch. I have no idea why it is doing this and further more I have checked the project language , which is set on English (though it is written in Dutch = Engels) and my Autodesk account language, which is also set on English. On top of that .. Field itself is in Dutch.

Can anybody clarify or explain me how to change it to English only.

Thank you for your interest in Autodesk BIM 360 services. How language is displayed within the BIM 360 Field web application is divided among two settings. The vast majority of how the application is translated is the setting found within your web browser be it Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 11. The top language bar setting within your web browser settings will dictate the language displayed in BIM 360 Field. The exception to this rule is system properties and search. A System drop down or within Search filter how those areas are translated is dependent on the language the project was initialized with. In HQ Administration during project creation administrator will have option to choose language, that setting there will affect the system properties and search parameters.

Please verify your web browser language bar setting along with the project language setting. If after reviewing those settings you have a translation issue please let me know. Dear Mr. Bryant,

I had to re-install my browser using an english installation package (firefox) ... but eventually it worked out! I tried adding in other languages using their add on language tool but this didn't provide a solution.
