Forge API translation error for Navisworks model

Hi There,

I'm trying to upload and import a Navisworks model into Forge. Model size is 164mb. Manage to upload and initiate translation but getting error

code: "TranslationWorker-InternalFailure"
message: "Unrecoverable exit code from extractor: -1073741829"

Anymore encountered similar issue or any ideas how to resolve?

Hi Richard,

Did you try uploading the same model to the same folder using the BIM 360 Docs UI?

Does that work?

No. Not a member of BIM 360. Posted to this forum as unable to find a dedicated Forge API forum.

You can stackoverflow to ask Forge questions.

For more detail about how to use stackoverflow:

You can also use A360 to verify if it works with the product. This way you can eliminate if the issue is API or files and/or core product side.

If it works with A360 or other 360 products, then we want to have a minimum sample for the engineering team to investigate.
