exporting cloth to alembic

I wanted to export my cloth simulation to an alembic file. I am new to using bifrost's graph to do this.

I am not too sure how to export it.

I added adding a write alembic node between the simulate node and output node.

I am not sure how to execute the exporting. So I tried to resim it, and tried maya's menu cache/alembic export

but just the geo comes in without any simulation.

Does anyone know how to export cloth sims via the node graph?

Any tutorials out there that show these steps??

Or the file chache node.
Just rename the export file from .bob to .abc and use the "write" mode.
