status greyed out

Hi, I am using Design Review 2025.

All my existing markups are locked. The status are greyed out.

I can still add new markup. However the new markup which i added becomes locked once the dwf file is saved.

Any suggestions please?

@adam_liMNCRV There is no DESIGN REVIEW 2025: do you mean you just recently downloaded and installed the ADR2018 version that we have, but you just recently grabbed the HOTFIX9 by chance? Or maybe you need to get it if not.

Are you the one that created those markups? Did someone else lock them? Can you select a locked markup, right-click, then unlock it?

Is the DWF "digitally signed" by chance?

Does this happen with ALL of your markups, or just this one file?

sorry, i did not check. I assumed it to be 2025 as i upgraded my inventor to 2025 recently. The existing Design Review was downloaded from Autodesk website about two weeks ago.

The design review I have installed is version 14.0.0.117.

i will have a try with the 2018 Hotfix 9 shortly.

One of my team member created the file and markup. The issue was reported by him on his machine and i got the same issue on my computer with the same file.

I need a bit more test and come back with more updated.

Hi,

On the page you mentioned, i could find only one link regarding the download. I downloaded it and completed the installation.

As i mentioned, i was not the one who created those marups. However the one who created has the same issue as well.

Digital Signatures is not applied.

It looks only happening on those certain files.
