Error Uploading .obj file with Texture as assembly

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a .obj file with textures to Autodesk Drive. I upload the .obj, mtl, and image files as an assembly, specifying the .obj as the parent file (as noted here). However, regardless of the file that I upload, I get a message saying :

Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.
Details
Extractor error code -1

The files function as expected when uploaded to viewer.autodesk.com, however, so I assume there isn't a problem with the files themselves. Any insight would be appreciated!
