"Process failing" when opening NWD file in Autodesk Drive

I followed this link to view the point cloud online.

Followed all the steps correctly and uploaded a 13 GB NWD file to Autodesk Drive (new) and it gave the following error.

Welcome to the Autodesk Drive Forum.

Are you able to use parts of the *.rcp file and create a smaller NWD file? Maybe it is related to the size and/or complexity of the NWD file. Reducing the size of the data would allow us to stay with your file but checking if it might be related to the viewer.

If it works for a smaller part of your data (maybe 10%), I would suggest to increase the size again to see where the issue starts.
