Ortho views not generating

I am using P3D 2015

I am creating ortho's on a large project, I have created multiple "views" in the othro cube for match lines on the drawing(s). I started out with a view (left), it came in fine, as it should, then I created an adjacent view (front) from the left view....nothing blank. I tried another view (back), nothing. I tried another one (right), it came in fine, Isometric view came in fine...plan view came in fine. At this point my layers invovled are getting large, but there are no layers for "front or back"...yet the 2D boxes are on the drawing as usual.

I have checked the ortho folder directory in the project it is fine, not double foldered

I have removed the drawing from the project, reinserted it with no change

I have deleted it and created a new one

I have renamed the old dwg and created a new ortho dwg and the exact same views are an issue (front and back)

I use multiple models to be brought together, so it is not one BIG file...my computer was have problems with the model being so large...I had to break it up.

Also, if I edit the view and I change to a different cube view...the ortho comes in....BUT only when I am out of the area I NEED! If I try to enlarge the cube to encompass the area needed, it comes in blank, so I can't even crop the ortho box to it narrow down to the region I need in paper space.

Has anyone ever seen such a thing?? Work around? FIX?

This usually happens to us when we bring in customer geometry for example and there will be an odd spline or something in there. It will work OK in views where the problem item does not appear or intersect with the view box.

how did you/do you work around this? How do you locate the "problem" item?

Trial and error I am afraid, look at the views which are OK, also I usually trust anything I have created so look at any geometry imported from third parties, also anything that requires an object enabler to view it can be a problem.

Found a solution....not sure of the cuase.

Here is what I did:

Unistall SP1 and SP2, turn off CPU of 20 seconds, turn on, redownload and reinstall: SP1 and SP2

I had an issue like this in P3D 2015. I couldn't create the Top View, but other views were generated without problems. So I had found the reason, it was custom equipment which was made from 3D block from manufacturer website. Then I had installed SP2 and it solved the issue.

I am having same issue with Plant 3D 2020! What is SP1 & SP2? And how can I uninstall and reinstall it?
