Annotations get bugged when I import point cloud

Hello, when I import a point cloud to my drawing (insert>point cloud reference) and I draw some lines or anything, then when I try to put annotation to those lines I get all sorts of bugs. Like this on the image below.the same line with the point cloud hiddenI am trying to annotate a line just below the concrete

The first picture is with the point cloud hidden the second is with it visible. Everything else is the same. Notice how the annotate function isnt bound to the object that I am trying to annotate but instead is spawned on a random location. This only happen when a point cloud is inserted. Why ?

I couldn't understand, "The error is probably looking at you." Did I do something wrong ? What am I missing ?

I can not reproduce your mistake.
With me and my AutoCAD Plant 3D installation everything is fine as you can see in my picture.
I can not say more about that.

did you install all updates for AutoCAD Plant 3D 2018?
Enclosed as compared to the dialog window "ABOUT" from my AutoCAD Plant 3D 2018 version.
