How can I output the Isome Drawing for each area

I want to output the Isome Drawing separately for each area.

Currently, we are creating a 3D model from the AutoCAD P&ID line list, and the line number tag is linked from P&ID.

In addition, the area is divided for each DWG file to model the piping, and the piping model quantity can be divided for each area.

However, when trying to extract the Isome drawing, it is output for each line number from P&ID (not in area wise.)

I would like to create an Isome diagram of each line for each area (drawing by each area), is there any good solution?

(Since we want to do systematic checks with P&ID, we would like to link the line number from P&ID.)

There might be a facility to do this in plant 3d 2022+, the way we've been doing it for years it to include the area nomenclature in the line number, it doesn't need to display this on the isometric, but having the area in the line number allows you to run an iso per line number.

A1-1"-CWS-1234....

A2-1"-CWS-1234....

Thank you for your reply.
We also tried putting the area name in the line number, but it no longer links with the line number information on the Auto cad P&ID. We want to extract the isometric drawing for each area, but I also want to keep the line number information linked to the P&ID in the model (To check for discrepancies between the P&ID and the piping model).
Please let me know if there is a better way.

Hello

It is possible to split the same line, with the same number, into several isometric sheets. For this it is necessary to create a general property for all components, including fasteners, and then set this property as iso split information.
By this principle there is no need to modify the line number.
The same line can be drawn in the same drawing or in several drawings.
The property can also be an acquisition property pointing to the name of the DWG file, in the case of a line on several drawings.

Il est possible de fractionner une même ligne, avec le même numéro, en plusieurs folios isométriques. Pour cela il est nécessaire de créer une propriété générale pour tous les composants, y compris les fixations, puis de définir cette propriété comme information de fractionnement iso.
Par ce principe il n'y a pas lieu de modifier le numéro de ligne.
La propriété peut également être une propriété d'acquisition pointant sur le nom du fichier DWG, dans le cas d'une ligne sur plusieurs dessins.La même ligne peut être tracée dans le même dessin ou dans plusieurs dessins.

We wrestled with splitting at an area property, it works 90% of the time for us, and that's far far too low of an amount. If anyone reading this does get it to work please reply to this thread and tell us explicitly how you got it to work.

Thank you for teaching us how to divide the isometric drawing into areas.

Finally, we also tried it and were able to divide it by area. However, more questions arose regarding drawing creation.
I would like to enter the area code into the note indicating the piping destination in the drawing (it shows “CONT’D ON”).
Do you know how to solve this item?
