Allow numeric keypad to pop up automatically when creating shapes

The numeric that does not pop up when creating lines or shapes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Still no pop up or way to edit line lengths without dragging the end.

After deleting And reinstalling and turning off the beta version the problem was solved

1. Log out of the app then Un-install the app <<<<IMPORTANT
2. Delete the cache and other files of the apps if your mobile OS has that feature (do it via file manager), here is how in iOS

3. Restart your phone <<<IMPORTANT
4. Re install the app and log back in with your subscription login info only.

Hi thanks for you response, I did log out, clear cache and uninstall app, restart, reinstall and finally login but it doesn’t works, anyway i found an app that is more intuitive powerful, easy to use and cheaper (fixed price, no monthly).

Same problem here. I’m soooo frustrated not only the laser meter connectivity is gone o can’t even put precise measurement to my drawing Because there is no keypad anywhere to be found. Right now i can’t the app at all. I have ton of work i need to do in run and can’t because this version supposed to be somehow better.

We are aware that accuracy of input is an essential need for our customers and that is why our latest iOS release includes keypad, which would allow more precise drawing. While drawing a line or a shape, tap on a value box to access the tool.

Be aware that this is not a final version of the feature, as we are working on improving it. Please help us make our app better and share your thoughts.

I am right there with you.

Today I got back out in the field after a couple week's long break to continue a state-wide as-built documentation project that my firm has been awarded. When we got to our destination for today, I found AutoCAD Mobile Premium completely unusable:

They removed functionality to communicate with my Leica and at the same time removed (or bungled) the keypad input. A complete uninstall and reinstall fixed neither of those issues. The program remains unusable.

This has had the effect of literally costing me $2,400 today, and if (as I suspect) the removal of the Leica connectivity is permanent, it will decrease my productivity (and thus my profitability) on this contract by 33%: I know that because I started the project without a Leica, manually entering data into the keypad, i.e. - I have records of how much my productivity increased after beginning to use the Leica connection.

I am incensed with this situation. I concluded the support ticket I wrote to AutoDesk with something like the following:

PLEASE ROLL BACK THIS VERSION UPDATE.

I can’t really express my frustration , the app is now totally useless. I don’t understand the logic, you remove most of important features in order to make it better? I guess they will have a nap and then they will put missing features back and call it massive upgrade 🙂 I lost so much time and therefor money with this now crippled app ! For now i’m using Graphic app. Apart there isn’t possibility to connect to leica laser meter working with lines, making floor plans including symbols and even making a sufficient drawing with a box is very intuitive and easy. I canceled my subscription for now until guys at autocad get their thought together.

I’m also in contact with Yuriy and seems like he uses lots of copy and paste as my replies are almost exact as i can read here 🙂

The previous version is not the current version. Maybe it will reappear in a future version.
