help me, How to change the layout of the import/export tab

Before, when I was going to import/export something, it opened a tab for me to choose the file I wanted, but now it no longer opens the tab, but just a small tab asking me to enter the name of the file I want.

On command line type in FILEDIA.
1=>ENTER

FILEDIA options are…..

0: The dialog window doesn’t open (the dialog window is suppressed).

1: The dialog window will open.
